During her 20+ years in OD and HR roles at companies like Hewitt Associates (now Aon Hewitt), US Robotics, and 3Com, Christa participated in the design and implementation of over 20 new performance management programs. She has seen glimpses of possibility within different performance management approaches and remains optimistic that the process can be a positive and effective.
