Open Positions:

1. Software Project Leader - .NET (1 Position, based in Chennai)

We are looking for an experienced software project leader who is hands-on with development and guide a team of software developers. You will have opportunity to shape our product to incorporate AI, ML concepts and take us into a fast paced growth. If you have 8+ years of experience and have lead a team of developers, write to us.

2. Implementation Lead (2 Positions, based in Chennai)

Customers are signing up for Synergita and we want to implement our software quickly and as fast as we can. We are looking for experienced software implementation leads who has experience in implementing SaaS HR software. You will work closely with the customers to understand their needs on Performance and engagement, guide a team of implementation engineers with best practices, etc. If you have 6+ years of experience in working with HRTech software such as ADP, Oracle HCM, SuccessFactors, etc., please write to us.

3. Application Support Engineer

We are looking for bright Application Support Engineers to provide support for our customers. This support engineer will have good software product knowledge and work with the customers to resolve their problems through email, phone, chat and other channels as required. Description
