Profile Requirements:
- Experience: 4-6 years in Sales/Business Development (Software/Services)
- Strong history in sales in relevant HR product / managed services sales
- Superior analytical skills
- Excellent communication skills in English and (Hindi -would be added advantage)
Responsibilities:
- Identifying business opportunities with current and prospective customers
- Must do cold calls generate own leads and do focused named account approach
- Self-motivated person towards achieving revenue targets
- Planning and executing solutions to deliver to customers
- Very well versed in Negotiation of deals, closure and closure of contract.
- Analysing opportunities by researching the industry and market trends
- Maintaining relationships with larger clients by providing information, support and guidance
- Ability to work in automated Sales CRM
- Preparing reports by collecting sales information and statistics
Education:
- B.Com/M.Com with CA Inter/CWA Inter
