Feedback is a crucial element to enhance employee engagement. Continuous feedback is a way of showing our employees that we care about them. It is a way of showing them that their opinions matter. It gives us an insight towards employee morale. The feedback can be used to better meet the needs of the employees. Employees generally prefer to receive feedback from the management on a consistent basis. When employees can give and receive feedback, they feel more valued and less anxious.

Moreover, it is helpful for managers to communicate company related updates because things in the workplace change constantly. It is easier for the management to deal with issues before becoming huge problems. Employees have a voice as their opinions matter. It increases collaboration among employees.

If we want to get an idea as to what engages our employees, then we must consider conducting employee engagement surveys. These surveys help us find out the involvement and willingness of our employees to perform their duties. Employees can give their feedback and discuss their problems and challenges.
