How to create effective employee engagement at our workplace?

Employee engagement is the cornerstone of every organization. Companies must work towards creating a people-centric culture and for that it is important that companies prioritize employee engagement. Companies these days are coming up with various strategies to actively engage their employees to drive business productivity. But we cannot be sure if at all those strategies work. Sometimes they do and sometimes they don’t.   

Companies must ensure that their employees feel connected to the objectives and values of the company. Therefore, it is always best to ensure that companies engage their employees such that they feel aligned to the overall goals of the organization. There are a lot of strategies that companies use to drive employee engagement, but then again, we do not know if they are successful.
